By purchasing a balloon flight, you are agreeing to the terms below, please read carefully.

All flights include a memorable journey gliding across the beautiful country-side. The adventure begins at our 6 acre Balloon Port located in Fenton Michigan, among many lakes and rolling countryside and includes 45-60 minutes of flight. Upon return, passengers are invited to raise a glass as their pilot toasts to yet another dream come true with our Traditional Champagne (or juice) Celebration. Passengers also receive a "Flight" Certificate suitable for framing, and a "Flight" Souvenir. Family and friends are welcome, allow 3-4 hours for the entire adventure. Our flights are scheduled at sunrise and a couple hours before sunset, year round. Sunrise flights are recommended because the best weather conditions for Balloon Flights are found at this time. Wear casual comfortable clothing as if you were going for a walk. It is actually warmer in the basket while you are flying than it is on the ground. Shorts and high heeled or open toed shoes are not recommended. Prepayment and advance reservations are necessary. Balloons are very weather dependant and therefore you agree to the following conditions when you purchase a flight. One purchased, flight certificates are NOT REFUNDABLE for any reason. Flight certificates are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. Though they are not refundable, the certificates are transferable upon the request of the passengers. Balloon flights require very stable weather conditions such as light winds, no precipitation and good visibilities. If the conditions do not permit a safe & enjoyable flight experience, our pilots will cancel the flight and we ask that passengers respect our professional decision to ensure their safety. Due to the nature of these flights it is common to reschedule, possibly many times- passengers simply reschedule as often as necessary to find a flyable day. You will schedule your date with advance notice and only 1 date at a time may be reserved. In order to cancel a reserved date, you need to give a 48-hour notice, if you cancel with less than 48 hours notice, flights may be considered flown. Upon arrival, passengers are required to sign a release of liability form and passengers under 18 must have an adult signature. Passengers under 5 years old are not allowed. Balloon Quest is committed to the safety of our passengers, which requires cooperation and patience. You are accepting this agreement upon purchase. You are about to begin one of the greatest adventures in your life. You will be sent a Flight certificate for your purchase and anytime after you have received your certificate you may call our showroom or stop in at your convenience to schedule a date for your adventure. All of the adventures include all the extras mentioned above and all flight prices are complete with no additional tax or hidden extra costs!.
